Victoria Norris-Diez
DIRECTOR OF SALES
Victoria is the Director of Sales, leading the Agency's sales strategy, producer development, and new business operations with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience and sustainable growth. With an extensive background in luxury sales, relationship management, and high-end brand leadership, she oversees the Agency's sales organization while driving performance, strengthening partnerships, and supporting the needs of affluent clients and trusted referral partners.
Before joining the Agency, Victoria built and led high-performing teams across the ultra-premium spirits and specialty coffee industries, developing sales strategies and scalable processes that fueled long-term growth. Today, she brings that leadership experience to the high-net-worth insurance space, mentoring producers, refining sales operations, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service.
A longtime professional in Santa Barbara's luxury market, Victoria and her family are proud to call the community home. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Santa Barbara chapter of ProVisors, the CORE Committee of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors, and the PTA at Santa Barbara High. Her strong relationships throughout the luxury real estate and professional communities provide valuable insight into the needs of high-net-worth homeowners, investors, and second-home owners.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys exploring Santa Barbara's trails, experiencing the area's renowned culinary scene, and traveling with her family. Originally from Ohio, she now happily calls the California coast home.
