Nick Weiser

co-founder & Managing Partner

As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of The Weiser Agency, Nick plays a critical leadership role overseeing the team that protects the Agency’s client retention, service standards, and carrier relationships — ensuring that, year-after-year and renewal-after-renewal, clients continue to receive the highest level of care and protection.

Born into the insurance world, Nick grew up in Houston, Texas, where his parents owned and operated a successful insurance agency. After earning his degree from Miami University of Ohio, Nick joined the corporate team at Farmers Insurance Group in Los Angeles, where he rose quickly through the ranks in Government Affairs — and where he also met his future wife and business partner, Kelly.

In 2015, the two acquired a well-established local insurance agency with a vision to provide elevated insurance solutions to those who expect more. Since then, Nick has played a pivotal role in building out the Agency’s commercial department and has successfully stewarded three additional acquisitions, each one folded in while maintaining 90% client retention overall and an excellent loss ratio.

Today, Nick leads the Agency’s service team and oversees all carrier appointments — maintaining access to more than 90 insurance markets to ensure The Weiser Agency remains among the most competitive firms on the Central Coast.
