OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Mina is a vital member of the Agency’s leadership support team, known for her deep knowledge of internal systems and commitment to delivering a seamless experience for both clients and colleagues. Since joining the Agency in 2021, she has grown into a multifaceted role that spans client experience, operations, and team coordination.

In her current position, Mina supports the Agency’s leadership while helping streamline daily workflows to ensure clients receive the high-touch service the Weiser Agency is known for. Proactive and dependable, she’s often several steps ahead—offering solutions before questions even arise.

Outside of work, Mina enjoys spending time with her family, watching action and comedy films, and exploring new places near and far.
