Kelly L. Weiser

co-founder & Managing Partner

As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of The Weiser Agency, Kelly leads the firm's growth with a focus on new business development, marketing, operations, and team culture. 

With a strong background in corporate marketing and communications, she brings a strategic lens to every aspect of the Agency — shaping its direction while mentoring a growing team to deliver the kind of high-touch, personalized service she would expect if personally advising each client.

Kelly earned her Business degree with honors from the University of Puget Sound and completed the prestigious Coro Fellowship before following a mentor to a Fortune 500 insurance company. There, she served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Communications Officer, gaining invaluable experience in brand strategy and executive leadership — and met the man who would later become her husband and business partner. (Who says insurance can’t be fun?) After her time in corporate, Kelly led marketing efforts for a Montecito-based nonprofit before returning to the insurance industry to build something of her own.

Since co-founding the Weiser Agency in 2015, Kelly has guided its steady expansion — broadening its reach, deepening its expertise, and establishing its credibility as a trusted name in some of the most exclusive circles in the world. 

Recognized as the 2023 Affiliate of the Year by the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors, Kelly is a respected voice on insurance in the community and is proud to give back to the place she’s lucky enough to call home.
