Chartisia brings 17 years of customer service experience and a deep commitment to client care to her role as Personal Lines Team Manager at The Weiser Agency. Known for her thoughtful approach and genuine desire to help others, she excels at guiding clients through everything from complex billing questions to policy changes and claims support. Her focus is always on education, helping clients understand their coverage and feel confident in the protection they have for their lives, families, and assets.
A Southern California native, Chartisia moved to Ventura County in 2019 when she joined The Weiser Agency. What began as a front desk role grew into a leadership position within the Personal Lines team through years of dedication, curiosity, and hard work. She has a strong love of learning and a passion for sharing knowledge, which shows in both her client relationships and her leadership style. Deeply committed to her team and the clients they serve, Chartisia takes pride in supporting others, mentoring growth, and approaching every interaction with care and integrity.
Outside of the office, Chartisia enjoys birdwatching, spending time at the beach, hiking and exploring nature, listening to and making music, and volunteering in her community by teaching the Bible. Her personal motto, “Treat others the way you would like to be treated,” is a philosophy she lives by both professionally and personally.
